Season 1, coming soon

The Season 1 lineup

Twelve episodes, each working through a case, a condition, or a question like hospital rounds. Published on the Rounds YouTube channel and on audio platforms when the season launches. No release dates are listed, because none are set yet.

Test Episode, recorded August 2026

The format test, recorded before Season 1. One case, two surgeons, one host. It set the tone for everything below.

How every episode runs

The Setup

Every episode of Rounds follows the same six segment setup, so you always know where you are in the conversation. Tap a step to open it.

1

The Question

A real patient style question or a headline opens the show.

Segment. Joe reads the question exactly the way a patient or a family member would ask it, no medical wording cleaned up. That raw question sets the whole episode.

2

The Case

The brothers walk it like hospital rounds.

Segment. The question becomes a case. History, symptoms, and what the scan or test would show, presented the way doctors present on rounds, then translated as they go.

3

Two Specialists

Each brother reads it from his specialty.

Segment. Remi reads the case from brain and spine. Marc-Elie reads it from ear, hearing, and balance. Where they agree, and where they do not, is the show.

4

Red Flag or Reassuring?

The standing segment.

Segment. One symptom from the case is put on the spot. Which version means act now, and which version can safely be watched? Try the interactive version on the Learn page and the Red Flag Map on the Atlas page.

5

Myth of the Week

One belief, tested.

Segment. A common belief about the episode topic gets tested against what the brothers actually see in practice, with the evidence on the table.

6

The Takeaway

What to do, what to ask your own doctor.

Segment. The episode closes with the practical part: what a listener should do with this information, and the exact questions worth bringing to their own doctor. Education, not advice for any one person.
